By using the services of PhD India, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. PhD India provides academic guidance services including research topic selection, proposal writing, literature review support, data analysis using tools such as SPSS, R, and Python, thesis writing assistance, plagiarism checking, and journal publication support. All services are offered strictly for educational and research guidance purposes and are not intended to be submitted as final academic work by the client. Any content provided must be used only as a reference, and the client bears full responsibility for ensuring that the final submission complies with their institution’s academic integrity policies.

Clients are required to provide complete and accurate information, including university guidelines and deadlines. Any delays caused by the client, such as late responses or last-minute changes, may impact project timelines and are not the responsibility of PhD India. Service timelines are discussed and confirmed before the commencement of each project, and requests for urgent or express services may involve additional charges.

All payments must be made in advance or according to agreed milestones. Once any portion of the work has been delivered, it is considered non-refundable. Refunds are applicable only if the work has not commenced and a refund request is made within 48 hours of payment. PhD India does not offer refunds based on academic rejections or post-delivery dissatisfaction, as all projects are executed based on mutually agreed terms.

PhD India ensures that all documents are checked for plagiarism prior to delivery and strictly does not support or engage in any form of academic misconduct. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the final work submitted to their university is original and compliant with academic ethics. All assistance and content provided remain strictly confidential, and no client data or information is shared or sold to third parties.

Clients are entitled to a limited number of free revisions, typically up to two rounds, within 14 days of delivery. Revisions must remain within the original scope of work and do not include newly added requirements. PhD India does not guarantee grades, approvals, or acceptance of any academic documents, as final decisions are made solely by academic institutions. All services are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of these services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice, and continued use of PhD India’s services constitutes acceptance of any such updates.
